Maintenance Technician

  • Job Description: Hours: Monday through Wednesday, 11:00 am - 7:30 pm. Saturday/Sunday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm Perform general maintenance duties to keep facility, grounds and equipment in clean, orderly and functional condition. Paint, drywall and make minor carpentry, electrical, mechanical and plumbing repairs. Provide assistance to staff, visitors and residents as necessary. Dietary Aide (Part-Time)

  • Job Description: Our caring, positive and service-oriented Dietary Aides set up the Dining Room for meals, serve food and beverages to residents (both in the dining room and via tray service) and clean up afterward. Part-time afternoon and weekend hours available. Must be at least 14 years of age.

Activities and Wellness Coordinator

  • Job Description: The Activities and Wellness Coordinator is responsible for planning and execution of wellness and activities programs that help encourage, educate and engage our residents in a healthy lifestyle.
  • Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Recreational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Wellness or related subject. • Must be computer literate, with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) • Must be able to work effectively in a diverse, collaborative and team-oriented culture • Must be punctual and dependable. • Detail-oriented • Available to work overtime when needed. •Demonstrate behaviors consistent with Calvin Community values •Must be able to work effectively in a diverse, collaborative and team-oriented culture •Fluent in written and spoken English •Must possess a strong customer service focus •Must demonstrate tact, patience, enthusiasm and a cheerful disposition when working with other employees, residents and family members •Ability to maintain resident and employee confidentiality consistent with all applicable government regulations including HIPAA. •Must be able to pass a criminal background check, drug test, pre-employment physical and tuberculosis screen
