RN Charge Nurse - Skilled/ICF

  • Job Description: Our Nurses deliver first-class nursing care, using the nursing process to assess acute changes in resident's condition and implementing interdisciplinary care plan approaches. As a Charge Nurse at Calvin, you will advocate for each resident's autonomy, respecting each resident's dignity, privacy and confidentiality. You will use your effective communication skills with medical staff, service providers, families, peers and supervisors, and coach and educate assigned unit staff to ensure skillful and effective delivery of resident cares. Shifts available are full-time overnight (9:45 pm - 6:15 am) and part-time afternoon (1:45 - 10:15 pm)
  • Requirements: •Have a comprehensive knowledge of general nursing theory and practice, with specific knowledge in geriatric nursing and restorative care. •Have a genuine interest in working with the elderly and those with limited self-care abilities, helping them maintain the highest degree of function possible. •Are patient, tactful & respectful in dealing with employees, family members, visitors, and residents who have a variety of mental and emotional conditions •Able to concentrate on details with frequent interruptions. •Take initiative, identify and utilize problem solving skills and make judgments in determining residents' needs. Certified Nurse Aide - Skilled/ICF

  • Job Description: Our CNA's provide the very best care for our residents. Duties include med assistance, bathing, dressing, grooming and ambulation. CNA's are also responsible for maintaining confidentiality, privacy and residents' rights. Hours for this position are 1:45 - 10:15 pm

Universal Workers and Certified Nurse Aide - Assisted Living

Payroll Administrator

  • Job Description: · Able to operate basic office equipment, including · Computing wages, deductions, vacation accrual, sick and photocopier, multi-line phone. Collecting and verifying employee and timekeeping data. FMLA leave, and benefits. · Updating payroll information for promotions, transfers, terminations, and new hires. · Ensuring compliance with company policies, relevant industry regulations, tax, and deduction laws. · Preparing payroll reports for management and auditing purposes. · Maintain process documentation for the Accounts Payable process · Computing wages, deductions, vacation accrual, sick and FMLA leave, and benefits. · Updating payroll information for promotions, transfers, terminations, and new hires. · Ensuring compliance with company policies, relevant industry regulations, tax, and deduction laws. · Preparing payroll reports for management and auditing purposes. · Maintain process documentation for the Accounts Payable process · Contact vendors regarding outstanding issues ·Print checks and prepare for mailing as needed · Process ACH transactions at various times as needed · Assist HR with Employee Benefits/Open enrollment · Perform data entry and posting of Account Payable. · Process invoices, some coding of expenses, monitor approvals, make payments. · Filing of invoices paid and unpaid, mailing of payments and maintenance of records. · Handles filing and keeping office in good order. · Proficient computer skills in Excel and accounting software programs, Matrix preferred. · Detail-oriented. · Self-starter, able to work with minimal supervision · Fluent in written and spoken English. · Must possess a strong customer service focus. · Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. · Respond to emergency situations when needed. · Able to operate basic office equipment, including photocopier, multi-line phone.
